Long Day!

Jojo had to have her achilles tendon cut the other day and it was a very long day for the family! We weren't expecting to do it for another 3 weeks, but she needed it done sooner. She pretty much cried for the rest of the day and night but the next day she was back to her calm happy self!!! Also, she decided that her cast needed to be prettier and asked me to decorate it for her! What do you think?












This is one of the sweetest shots of Jojo's face that we've gotten so far! She loves to be propped up on our shoulders and she always has her hands up by her face!








The boys love to kiss and hug and hold their baby sister and always want to wake her up so that they can talk to her! Thankfully for mom and dad, she still loves to sleep!! (in case you are starting to wonder, no, JJ almost never wears clothes at home! He has to show off his muscles, he says)

This is our indoor/outdoor swimming pool!!! Our water only works outside early in the morning so we stuck the pool in the bathroom so we could fill it up for the boys to swim....they LOVED it!!












Jocelyn will one day hate me for this...but it's so cute I couldn't resist!!

Believe it or not, this is Jaydon! I can't believe how big he is getting and how much he looks like JJ sometimes! At a glance they really do look the same! Jocelyn likes to look at them and hear them talk to her. Jaydon has had a hard time adjusting to the new baby and fusses a lot, but he likes her a lot and is so gentle to her. He loves to give her hugs and always lets me know when she is crying!














JJ loves being the biggest brother and loves to help with the baby. He pats her head when she cries and makes sure she is covered up and comfortable. He is also the official 'diaper dumper'!!















This is Jocelyn in the first dress that she has worn. She is a total princess!! Maybe next time she will give us a pose!!

Random stuff!

This is Pete and JJ at one of the play areas where he often entertained the boys while I was at the hospital for appointments. JJ was cooking up some lovely plastic treats for Mr. Daddy!










Here are the boys loving on their baby sister after she had her cast put on! They like to touch her hair, which she has plenty of. She responds to JJ's voice, but Jaydon doesn't talk to her very much. Just touches her head and squeals and runs away.








Not long after I got home, Jaydon was moving and showing Jocelyn who owns mommy!! He loves to climb on my back while I am feeding her, which makes it so much more interesting!











I just think this picture is cute!
